Returns & Exchanges

At Flex®, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your fit isn't perfect, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the garments in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the package.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
